ZUCCHINI, PEA + HERB FRITTERS

These delicious morsels are loaded with vegetables and herbs and pack so much flavour into each bite. They make a quick and easy meal or snack at any time of the day. I've been loving them with avocado, our pesto or some cashew cheese!
